Recipe of Home-Made “ Bear Cake”


After the recipes of home-made pound cakes it’s better to bake this cake in one or two days before your holiday. Let’s start making cream. Take 200 g fresh soften butter, 1 jar of boiled condensed milk and 1 cup of reduced nuts. Mix all ingredients with a mixer. Put the mixture in the fridge for 3-4 hours.Recipe of making flat dry cakes. Take an aliminium saucepan or bowl. Put into the saucepan 100 g of soften butter, 2 beaten up eggs, 1 cup of sugar, 2 table spoons of honey. Put the saucepan on the fire and mix all ingredients with a wooden spoon. When the mixture boils, pour 2 tea-spoons of baking soda in it.
When the foam appears,take the saucepan off the fire and add 3 cups of flour into the mixture. Knead dough and try to do it very well.
Wrap round the saucepan with a blanket for 1 hour. Then divide dough into 5 or 6 parts and unroll 5(6) right-angled scones of a cake. Put each scone on the oiled paper. Bake each scone in the oven to have yellow-brown colour. When the scones are ready, let’s cool them off. Then cover every scone with cream and put one scone on another one. Cover the top scone with cream too. Smooth out the ends of the cake with a sharp knife. Strew the cake’s top with nuts and crumbled bits of scones. Put your ready cake in the fridge for all the night. The cake tastes nice.
Decorate the cake the way as you like.
