Potatoes Cakes
Ingredients:
• 400 g potatoes
• 125 g flour
• 40 g butter or margarine
• 40 g grated cheese
• salt
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and slice them.
2. Put the potatoes in a saucepan with some water and a bit of salt and boil
them for 20 minutes.
3. Mash the potatoes.
4. Put the mashed potatoes, the flour and the butter or margarine into a bowl
and mix them with a fork.
5. Make 12 potato cakes with the mixture like this: 1 cm
6. Fry the potato cakes in a frying pan until they are brown on both sides.
7. Cover the cakes with the grated cheese. Put them in a dish and keep them
warm in the oven.
