Dessert " Drunk Cherry ".
Ingredients:
- fresh or frozen cherries
- red wine ( it is better to take the sweetest wine )
- walnuts
- soured cream ( 1/2 of a glass of home soured cream, 1/2 of a glass of 20% fat shop soured cream)
- sugar- 1 glass
- vanilla sugar- 1 small packet
- cherry jelly or raspberry jelly
The way to make:
To pick cherry stones out. To reduce walnuts to 1 x 1 centimetre, add walnuts to cherries. Cover cherries and walnuts with whine. If the wine is not sweet add some sugar then. Bring it to the boil. Then cook it for 15-20 minutes on a slow fire. After it, pour the wine off. Lay cherries out in the cups for cream.
Whip soured cream with sugar and vanilla. Cover cherries with whiped soured cream. Put whiped soured cream in a cold place to thicken. Dilute jelly. Cool it. Cover whiped soured cream with jelly.
Before covering the whiped soured cream in the cups with jelly you can put (frozen or fresh) raspberries or other fruits to decorate the dessert then cover them with jelly.

Banana, baked with chocolate.
Ingredients:
- for one portion - 1 banana
- chocolate with nuts - 30 grams
- a pinch of vanilla sugar
The way to make:
Warm up the oven to 200 C. Wash the banana. Do a slit in the peel of banana in its bending side. Cut the peel along all banana. Then open the peel and put bits of chocolate into the slit. Wrap the banana with the foil. You have to keep air into the wrapping foil. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Then open the foil. Let's stand it for one minute. Powder with vanilla sugar.

Make an incision in banana's peel in the ben side. Raise a peel strip but don't pull it off the banana's "tail". Make cuts the banana's pulp in some parts. Pull off the banana's pulp with a spoon to keep the peel intact.
Grate the chocolate or break in the small pieces. Crush nuts. Mix and then knead the banana's pulp, the chocolate and nuts. Lay this mass into the banana's peel.

5 minutes' Banana's Split

- 1 not very big banana
- a bit of butter in a size of a walnut ( to fry)
- 60 grams of ice-cream( it's better to take several kinds of ice-cream). In the classical recipe they take vanilla ice-cream and strawberries ( wild strawberry) ice-cream.
- 2 spoonfuls of raspberry or cherry jam (or syrop of jam)
- walnuts and almonds

It is a very delicious and sweet dessert. It is simple and rapid to make. It is not worse than the cookmof a great restaurant does.
Melt a bit of the fresh butter on the pan peel and cut a banana lengthwise in two half. Put it in the heated pan. Fry the banana to have light-golden colour in two sides. See the banana mustn't burn. Then lay out two half of the banana on the plate in parallel. Put two or three balls of ice-cream between two half of banana and pour then with jam.
It is better to take the syrop of jam or thin jam because it is sweet, concentrated. It doesn't spread over and it goves a nice colour to the dish. Power your split with walnuts and almonds. You may decorate the split with the whiped cream. Just you try to do it !
