New Year's Cakes Recipes


The Dessert "Nothern Lights"

To make the dessert you need to take:



  • 150 grammes of milk chocolate

  • 150 grammes of black chocolate

  • 30 grammes of sandwich butter

  • 300 grammes of myusli

  • 3 kivis

  • 3 tangerines

  • 1 pink grapefruit

  • 500 grammes of fatty cottage cheese

  • 1 small pack of cream condenser or 1 table-spoon of starch

  • 250 ml of 30% fatty cream


Making the dessert:


Reduce the chocolate and melt it on the water bath. Let’s get cool a little. Then add butter. Pour a myuslee and mix all ingredients. Take 2 tea-spoons and moistening them in the water, make 12 chocolate sweets. Take a plate. Take some paper for baking. Cover your plate. With the paper for baking and put the sweets on it. Place the plate with sweets in the fridge. Lay the paper for baking in the form for baking ( diameter- 26 centimetres). Lay out the rest of the chocolate mass in the form. Place it in the fridge for 1 hour.


Peel citruses. Divide 1 tangerine into the segments. Cut 1 kivi into thin strips. Divide ¼ part of the grape- fruit into the segments and slit every segment into 3 parts. Cut other fruits into the small cubes.


Beat up: the cottage cheese and the juice wich you received during cutting fruits and sour cream condenser. You may add some sugar according to your taste ( it is desirable to add some icing sugar because it dissolves faster). You have received the kind of cream (the cottage cheese mass ). Put it on the cooled layer. Then beat up sour cream. Mix up it with fruits small cubes. Put everything on the cottage cheese mass.


Decorate your cake with the chocolate sweets and fruits.





“New Year’s Cake”



To make this cake you need:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1.5 glass of sugar
  • 1.5 glass of sour cream
  • 100 grammes of butter
  • 1 tea-spoon of soda
  • flour
  • 0.5 glass of raisins
  • 0.5 glass of shelling nuts
    0.5 glass of poppy-seeds
    To make cream 1 you need:
  • 2 glasses of sour cream
  • 1 glass of sugar
    To make cream 2 you need:
    3 whites of eggs
  • 1 glass of icing sugar
  • citric acid ( just a little )
  • vanilla
    To make dought and powder you need:
    100 grammes of water
  • 70-80 grammes of margarine
  • 6-7 table-spoons of flour
  • 4 eggs
  • coconut’s shaving of green colour
  • Making a cake:
    Knead dough to have a consistency as sour cream, to divide it into 3 parts.
  • Add nuts into the first part; add raisins into the second part; add poppy-seeds into the third part of dough.
  • Bake 3 dry buiscuits.
  • Spread every dry buiscuit with cream 1 ( beat up sour cream with sugar ).
  • To put cream 2 on the top of the cake ( to beat up whites of eggs with icing sugar, vanilla and citric acid to have a thick foam ).
  • “ Fir trees” made of dough: to boil water and margarine; add flour and mix with a spoon; cool it for 15 minutes; add eggs and mix again.
  • Put dough on the oiled oven pan in the form of snowflakes of different sizes. Do it with the help of the confectionery syringe.
  • Bake at the temperature of 356-392 F during 25-30 minutes.Join your makings together with cream 2. Dust a cake with coconut’s shaving.
  • Take sugar mastic and make figures of a snowman ( a pig, a hare…). Put the figures on the cake at the “ fir trees”.

“Snow – flake”

Dough:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 1 glass of sour cream
  • 125 grammes of condensed milk
  • 1 tea-spoon of bicarbonate of soda
  • 2 glasses of flour

Put all ingredients together in a basin and mix well to knead dough. Oil the pan. Power oiled pan with some rusk ( grated dried bread ). Put the dough on the pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. When the baking is cold, cut it in two parts and cover eachpart with cream. Leave a little of cream for a snow-flake.
Cream: Whip 250 grammes of condensed milkand 250 grammes of soften butter with mixer.
Icing: Mix 2 table-spoons of cocoa, 3 table-spoons of sugar, 3 table-spoons of milk. Put on the faint fire to melt sugar. Take it off the cooker ( the stove ), add 1 tea-spoon of butter and mix. Cover the top of the cake with hot icing.

When icing is cold, draw a big snow-flake with cream by means of confectionary sigringe. Imagine a bright fruit rainbow against a delicate- white bachground of cheese dessert.

"Happy New Year!"


  • To make this cake you need to take:
    Dough:
    2 eggs yolks
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 1 glass of sour cream
  • 2 table-spoons of cocoa
  • 1 tea-spoon of soda
  • 1 tea-spoon of ammonium
  • 2 glasses of flour
    To make “Meringue”:
    3 whites of eggs
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 1 glass of nuts
    To make a cream:
    500 grammes of sour cream
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • vanilla
    For cake decoration you take:
    Coconut shaving of green colour

  • Making the cake:
    Dough. Beat up eggs yolks with sugar. Add sour cream, cocoa, soda, ammonium. Mix well all ingredients. Add flour and mix again. Divide dough into two parts. Pour out dough into the pan ( form ). Bake in the warmed up oven for 40-50 minutes.
    Meringue:To beat up the whites of eggs into the thick foam. Add sugar and beat up again. Add nuts,knead dough and put it on the oven pan. Bake into the oven on the faint fire for 1,30 hours ( one and a half hours).
  • Cream:Beat up sour cream, sugar and vailla.

Making a cake:Put cream on a scone, then put meringue, again cream and the second scone.Then to cover a cake with cream and to dust a cake with cocoa shaving. Write on the cake “ Happy New Year!” with coloured cream. Make a “ fir tree” on the cake with cream and cocoa shaving.
