Banana pound cake

Banana's Pudding Cake:

Cake recipe
- 3 teaspoons plus 2.5-3 cups of divided sugar

  • - 1 cup of softened butter
    - 1 cup of mashed bananas
    - 0.5 teaspoon of lemon extract
    - 6 eggs
    - 0.5 teaspoons of vanilla extract
    - 3 cups of flour
    - 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
    - 1 cup of sour cream Glaze
    - 1.5 cups of confectionery sugar
    - 0.5 teaspoon of vanilla extract
    - 3.5 teaspoons of milk

Mix all ingridients with the help of mixer. Put out this mass in the baking form and plase it in the warmed up oven and bake.

When the pudding is ready, it needs to cool. Decorate your cake with fruits accordingng to you taste.

Take ready-made cake( a packaging in 3 scones). It will be better to take a chocolate cake. Grind the middle layer of the cake to a powder. Mix it with sugar and sour cream ( the mass mustn't run). Saturate the low part of the cake with pineapple juice( tinned pineapple) or smear the low part of the cake with a thin layer of presserves( use your discretion).

Then put banana's rings and bits of tinned pineapple. Put 2/3 parts of mixture ( prepared earlier) on top. Then put on it thin kivi rings. Cover everything with upper part of the cake saturated with pineapple juice.Put on it kivi and banana's rings. Put the rest of the mixture on the fruits in even layer to cover the fruits. Put the cake in a fridge in 20-30 minutes. The cake is cooling.

Take the chocolate, crumble it in a small thin pan and melt it. Then incessantly stiring it add milk ( themixture must be thiner than condensed milk).

Cool it a little. Smear the top and sides of the cake with thin chokolate and put the read cake in some hours.
